普洱茶中没食子酸及其改善饮食诱导的糖脂代谢紊乱研究进展

摘要:糖脂代谢紊乱是引发心血管疾病、糖尿病和脂肪肝的重要原因之一。普洱茶中的没食子酸能够通过调节能量代谢和脂肪细胞分化、促进葡萄糖吸收与利用、提高胰岛素敏感性,进而改善饮食诱导引起的葡萄糖和脂质代谢紊乱。没食子酸通过AMPK途径、IR-Akt途径以及PPAR-γ受体调节线粒体能量代谢、胰岛素敏感性和葡萄糖吸收,从而维持糖脂代谢稳态。本文综述了普洱茶中的没食子酸及其改善饮食诱导的糖脂代谢紊乱作用和作用机制的研究进展。

Research Progress of Gallic Acid in Puer Tea and Its Improvementof Diet Induced Glucose and Lipid Metabolism Disorder

Abstract:Thedisorder of glucose and lipid metabolism is one of the important causes ofcardiovascular diseases, diabetes and fatty liver. Gallic acid of Puer tea canameliorate diet induced glucose and lipid metabolism disorder throughregulating energy metabolism and adipocyte differentiation, promoting glucoseabsorption and utilization, and increasing insulin sensitivity. Gallic acidregulates mitochondrial energy metabolism, insulin sensitivity and glucoseabsorption to maintain glucose and lipid metabolism homeostasis through AMPKand IR-Akt pathway and PPAR gamma receptor. In this review, we summarizedgallic acid in Puer tea and its mechanism to improve the disorder of glucoseand lipid metabolism induced by diet.

茶叶中原花青素研究进展

摘要:原花青素是茶叶中一类重要的多酚类物质,也是一种天然的抗氧化剂,近年来茶叶中含有的原花青素类物质(Proanthocyanidins,PAs)受到广泛关注。对茶树中原花青素类物质的研究有助于推进茶树生长过程中多酚类代谢途径研究,在茶叶生物化学基础研究方面具有重要意义。基于国内外学者对原花青素的研究现状,综述了原花青素与花青素的关系、茶叶中原花青素的生物合成途径、缩合机理、茶叶中原花青素的类型,以及在茶叶中的含量差异和应用现状,并探讨其研究利用的发展趋势。

Research Progress of Proanthocyanidins in Tea

Abstract: Proanthocyanidinsare an important kind of polyphenols in tea leaves, and regarded as naturalantioxidants. In recent years, proanthocyanudins in tea leaves had attractedwidespread attention. Relative research would promote the study on polyphenol metabolicpathways during tea growth process. Moreover it is of great significance inconducting fundamental research on tea plant biochemistry. Based on domesticand overseas research status, this study summarized the relationship betweenproanthocyandins and anthocyandins, the biosynthetic pathways of procyanidinsin tea and the condensation mechanism of proanthocyandins. The types, theapplication status and content difference of proanthocyanidins were alsoconcerned in an attempt to discuss the development trend in the future.

茶树CsAAPs亚家族基因的克隆与表达分析

摘要:采用RT-PCR技术,从龙井43中成功克隆了5个茶树AAPs(Amino acid permeases,氨基酸通透酶)基因。氨基酸序列比对结果表明,5个CsAAPs亚家族蛋白的序列同源性较高,为70.27%。根据氨基酸序列同源性构建系统发育树,结果显示5个CsAAPs分属3组。生物信息学分析表明,CsAAPs均含有9~10个跨膜区域和16~18个AAP保守基序。为了研究该亚家族对氮素的响应情况,选用3个茶树品种的扦插苗为试验材料,氮饥饿两周后,分别供应不同浓度的NH4NO3,然后利用qRT-PCR对CsAAPs在不同组织、氮素水平及茶树品种中的表达情况进行分析。研究发现CsAAPs在营养组织中均有表达,但是存在一定的组织表达差异,其中CsAAP3在茎中表达量最高,CsAAP8的主要表达部位为根和茎。在给氮素饥饿处理的茶苗从新供氮之后,CsAAP3的基因表达在3个氮素利用效率不同的品种间差异较大;在氮高效品种中茶302茎中表达的CsAAP3和CsAAP8,可以快速地对低氮条件做出响应,在低氮处理3 h后,基因表达水平明显增加。此研究预示着CsAAPs亚家族在茶树体内可能通过复杂的氨基酸转运参与氮代谢调控。

Molecular Cloning and Expression Analysis of CsAAPs Gene Subfamily inCamellia Sinensis

Abstract: In this study, five sequences of the amino acid permease (AAP) genes were successfully cloned from tea cultivar Longjing 43 by RT-PCR. The amino acid sequence alignment analysisrevealed the high homology among the five CsAAP proteins (70.27%). Phylogenetictree based on amino acid sequences showed that five CsAAPs could be classifiedinto three groups. Further bioinformatics analysisdemonstrated that these CsAAPs contained 9-10transmembrane structures and 16-18 conserved AAP motifs. To investigate theresponse of this subfamily to nitrogen, cutting seedlings of three tea cultivarswere fed with NH4NO3 of different concentrations aftertwo weeks of nitrogen starvation and then used for qRT-PCR analysis. Theresults show that these five CsAAPswere expressed in all vegetative tissues of tea cutting seedlings, but therewere certain differences in tissue expressions. Among them, CsAAP3 showed the highest geneexpression levels in stems and the main expression sites of CsAAP8 were roots and stems. Theexpression levels of CsAAPs variedtemporallyand spatially with nitrogen treatments.The gene expression of CsAAP3 wassignificantly changed among the tea cultivars with different nitrogen useefficiency. The expressionsof CsAAP3 and CsAAP8 in the stem of the high nitrogen efficient cultivar Zhongcha302 could quickly respondto low nitrogen levels. Their gene expression levels were increasedsignificantly after 3 h of the low nitrogen treatment. These results implies thatCsAAPs subfamily might play importantroles in the regulation of nitrogen metabolism through the intricate transportsof amino acids in tea plants.

富硒区茶树鲜叶中硒累积与土壤因子的相关性分析

摘要:茶树是富硒植物,饮用富硒茶是一种安全、有效的补硒途径之一。茶叶的硒含量受多种环境因素影响,但有关富硒茶区茶树硒积累特性及主要影响因子的研究还鲜有报道。以高硒茶区湖北恩施、陕西安康不同地点生产茶园成龄茶树和根际土壤为研究对象,结合土壤及植物样品全硒含量等多种指标,明确了根际土壤硒含量对茶树硒分布特性的影响,分析了富硒区土壤pH、硒含量等9个重要土壤特性相关因子的数值分布规律。通过对186组具有代表性的土壤样品和附生茶树新梢组织检测数据进行分组和整体相关性分析,证实了富硒区茶叶全硒含量与土壤硒含量之间存在极显著相关(相关系数r=0.59,P<0.01),揭示了茶叶全硒含量与土壤有机质含量、水解性氮、锌含量以及茶叶中硫、锌含量的显著相关,同时对安康和恩施地区的土壤和茶叶硒含量相关因素进行了深入分析。提出了茶叶硒含量对土壤有机质含量、硫含量、硒含量和锌含量的数学模型,模型拟合优度为0.512 6,达极显著水平(P<0.01)。

Correlation Analysis Between Selenium Accumulation inTea Leaves and Soil Factors in Selenium-rich Areas

Abstract: Tea plant is a selenium-rich species and selenium-enriched teaproducts consumption is a safe and effective way to replenish selenium. Though the selenium content in freshtea leaves can be affected by many environmental factors, selenium accumulationcharacteristics and main influencing factors of tea plants in selenium-rich areas were rarelyreported. In this study, adult tea plants and rhizosphere soils from teaplantations in Enshi, Hubei and Ankang, Shaanxi were taken as research objects.Combined with various indicators such as total selenium content in soil andplant samples, the effect of selenium content in rhizosphere soil on the accumulationcharacteristics of selenium in tea plant was clarified. In addition, the importanceof 9 important soil characteristics related factors such as soil pH andselenium content in selenium-rich areas were analyzed. Through grouping andoverall correlation analysis of 186 representative soil samples and fresh tea samples,it was confirmed that there was a significant correlation between the totalselenium contents in teas and soils (correlation coefficient r=0.59, P<0.01).Moreover, the total selenium content in tea was also significantly related toorganic matter, hydrolysable nitrogen, zinc contents in soil and sulfur, zinccontents in shoots. The related factors of selenium content in soils and teasin Ankang and Enshi areas were also analyzed. A reliable mathematical model ofselenium content in tea shoots on soil organic matter, sulfur, selenium andzinc contents was proposed. The goodness of fit was 0.512 6, reaching a highly significantlevel (P<0.01). The above results were of great significance to improvethe production technology of selenium-enriched fresh tea leaves inselenium-enriched tea areas and further revealed the selenium accumulationmechanism in tea plants.

干旱胁迫对茶树幼苗生长及叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘要:在全球变暖的气候背景下,干旱已成为限制作物生产发展的重要因素,但目前关于干旱胁迫下不同茶树的生理生化响应研究相对较少。以黄金茶1号(HJC-1)、壶瓶山8号(HPS-8)和壶瓶山15号(HPS-15)等10个茶树品种(系)的一年生幼苗为材料进行盆栽控水试验,对持续性干旱胁迫处理下茶树幼苗的表型、叶片结构、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数和可溶性糖含量进行研究。结果表明,干旱胁迫使其叶长、叶宽缩短,叶片数减少,侧根数增多,植株矮化;叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织比值均呈现下降趋势。叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量与对照组相比均有所增加,且叶绿素a含量存在极显著性差异(P<0.000 1)。10个茶树品种(系)在干旱胁迫下均受到光抑制,与对照组相比,Fo、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值减少,而Fm值增大。叶片可溶性糖含量在干旱胁迫下与正常水分环境相比有所增加,除湘农1号(XN-1)外,其他品种(系)的增加量均有显著性差异。通过耐旱性隶属函数值法比较得出,茶树HPS-8、湘农18号(XN-18)、湘农9803号(XN-9803)、湘农9810号(XN-9810)和湘农9809号(XN-9809)的抗旱能力较弱,HJC-1、HPS-15、XN-1、湘农9802号(XN-9802)和壶瓶山20号(HPS-20)的抗旱能力相对较强。

Effects of Drought Stress on Growth and ChlorophyllFluorescence Characteristics of Tea Seedlings

Abstract: In the context of globalwarming, drought has become an important factor restricting the development ofcrop production, but there were relatively few studies on the physiological andbiochemical responses of different tea cultivars to drought stress. Here, a potwater control experiment was conducted using annual tea seedlings of 10 tea cultivars (strains)such as Huangjincha 1 (HJC-1), HPS-8, and HPS-15 as materials. The chlorophyllcontent, chlorophyllfluorescence parameters and soluble sugar content were studied. The resultsshow that: drought stress shortened the leaf length and width, reduced thenumber of leaves, increased the number of lateral roots, and dwarfed the plant. Furthermore, leaf thickness, upperepidermal thickness, fence tissue thickness, sponge tissue thickness, lowerepidermal thickness and ratio of fence tissue to sponge tissue also decreasedunder stress. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll contentsincreased compared to the control group, and the increase of chlorophyll acontent was significant. Photoinhibition was observed in all tea cultivars(strains) under drought stress. The values of Fo, Fv/Fm andFv/Fo of tea cultivars under stress were lower than the control group, butthe Fm values showed an opposite trend. The soluble sugar content ofleaves significantly increased under drought stress compared with the control,except tea cultivar XN-1. Further analysis shows that HPS-8, XN-18,XN-9803, XN-9810 and XN-9809 have low drought tolerance but HJC-1, HPS-15, XN-1, XN-9802 and HPS-20have relatively strong drought tolerance.

基于茎材解剖结构的茶树树龄测定方法

摘要:以茶树为研究对象,采用茶树茎材切片及染色技术,在生物数码显微镜的普通光和荧光下,对未处理的茶树茎材切片、番红染色茶树茎材切片及吖啶橙染色茶树茎材切片进行比较与分析。结果表明,茶树茎材切片使用吖啶橙染色后在普通光和荧光下确定树龄的效果较好。这种基于数字图像确定茶树树龄的吖啶橙染色法,具有快速、准确、简单和成本低等特点,对大茶树和古茶树活体生长锥取样年轮条的年轮识别具有科学参考意义。

A Preliminary Study on Determining Tea Plant Age Basedon Anatomical Structure of Tea’s Stem

Abstract: Tea plants were taken asthe research objects in this study. Using tea stem slicing and dyeing technologies,the age of tea plants was accurately determined based on the digital images.Under ordinary light and fluorescence of bio-digital microscope, the untreatedsections of tea stem, saffron-dyed sections and acridine orange-dyed sectionsof tea stem were compared and analyzed. The result shows that acridine orangedyeing was the best to determine the age of tea plants. The acridine orangedyeing method combined with digital image analysis had the characteristics of fast,accurate, simple and low cost. In conclusion, the technology also had ascientific reference significance for the identification of annual rings ofliving large and ancient tea plants.

补充营养对茶银尺蠖成虫寿命和产卵量的影响

摘要:茶银尺蠖[Scopula subpunctaria (Herrich-Schaeffer)]是危害茶树的常见害虫之一。为了更好地在实验室内饲养此害虫,获得大量供试虫源,研究了补充不同营养对茶银尺蠖成虫寿命和产卵量的影响。结果表明,成虫补充10%蜂蜜水和10%糖水时,雌成虫平均单雌产卵量显著提高,分别为(152.5±16.83)粒和(177.5±19.01)粒;产卵期显著延长,分别为(17.8±1.08) d和(21.4±1.27) d。补充不同营养对雌成虫产卵期和产卵后期有显著影响,但对产卵前期影响不显著。补充10%糖水时,雌成虫的寿命最长,为(29.1±1.41) d,显著高于其他处理;而在10%蜂蜜水、水和对照处理下,雌成虫寿命分别为(23.8±1.15)、(14.4±0.48)、(6.3±0.37) d。补充10%糖水和10%蜂蜜水时,雄成虫的寿命分别为(21.3±0.93) d和(19.5±1.20) d,显著高于水和空白对照处理。在每个处理下,雌成虫的寿命均高于雄成虫。综上所述,10%糖水可作为成虫补充营养的最佳选择。

Effects of Nutrition Supplementationon Longevity and Fecundity of Scopula Subpunctaria

Abstract: Scopulasubpunctaria (Herrich-Schaeffer) is one of the most common pests oftea plant. In order to feed this pest successfully in laboratory, the effectsof different nutrition supplementations on the longevity and fecundity of Scopula subpunctaria were investigatedin this study. The results show that, when the adultfemales were supplemented with 10% honey water and 10% sugar water, the meanfecundity per female was significantly increased, which was 152.5±16.83 and 177.5±19.01, respectively. While theoviposition period of adult females wassignificantly extended, which was (17.8±1.08) dand (21.4±1.27) d, respectively. Supplementationof different nutrients had significant effects on oviposition and post-ovipositionperiods, but not significant on pre-oviposition period. When 10% sugar waterwas supplied, the longevity of female adult was the longest (29.1±1.41 d), which was significantly higher than those of othertreatments. In 10% honey water, water and control treatments, the longevitiesof adult females were (23.8±1.15) d, (14.4±0.48) d and (6.3±0.37) d,respectively. When supplemented with 10% sugar water and 10% honeywater, the longevitiesof adult males were (21.3±0.93) d and (19.5±1.20) d, respectively, which were significantlyhigher than those of water and control treatments. In each treatment, the longevityof female adult was longer than that of the male. The results show that 10%sugar water could be used as the best nutrient supplement for adult, successfulindoor rearing of Scopula subpunctaria would provide importantguarantee for other related researches.

草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸在茶树体中的分布研究

摘要:为了研究草甘膦在茶树中的转运和代谢,通过向幼龄茶树和成年茶树定量喷施不同剂量的草甘膦(幼龄:0.9 g·m-2;成年:1.5、4.5 g·m-2和15 g·m-2),并在喷施后的1、4、7、15 d和40d取样,测定茶树各部位草甘膦及其主要代谢物氨甲基膦酸的含量,以探究草甘膦及其主要代谢物在茶树中的分布规律。结果表明,茶树根部喷施草甘膦后,茶树中的草甘膦含量由高至低依次为根、叶和茎;而氨甲基膦酸主要积累于茶树根部,幼龄茶树茎和叶中也可检测到氨甲基膦酸(0~0.33mg·kg-1),成年茶树茎和叶未检测到氨甲基膦酸。施药40 d后,幼龄茶树在0.9g·m-2施药剂量下,根、茎和叶中未检测到草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸;成年茶树在1.5~15g·m-2施药剂量下,根中仍检测到草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸残留,分别为2.26~26.73mg·kg-1和0.21~2.59mg·kg-1,茎和叶中草甘膦残留量较低,为0~0.29mg·kg-1。通过田间模拟试验,初步探明了草甘膦被茶树内吸后在不同部位的转运、代谢和富集规律,可为茶园草甘膦的科学管控及风险评价提供参考。

Study on the Distribution of Glyphosate and ItsMetabolite Aminomethylphosphonic Acid in
Camellia Sinensis

Abstract: To study the transport andmetabolism of glyphosate, different doses of glyphosate were quantitativelysprayed into young and adult tea plants (Young: 0.9g·m-2.Adult: 1.5g·m-2, 4.5g·m-2and 15g·m-2) and samples were collected atdifferent times (1, 4, 7, 15d and 40d)to determine the contents of glyphosate and its main metabolite aminomethylphosphonicacid in various parts of tea plants. The results show that the order ofglyphosate content in tea plants from high to low was root, leaf and stem after spraying glyphosate onthe root of tea plant. Aminomethylphosphonic acid was mainly accumulated in theroots of tea plants, and it could also be detected in the stems and leaves of young tea plants (0-0.33mg·kg-1). However, no aminomethylphosphonic acid wasdetected in the stems and leaves of adult tea plants. After 40dof application, glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid were not detected inthe roots, stems and leaves of young tea plants at a dose of 0.9g·m-2. However,they were still detected in the roots of adult tea plants at a dose of1.5-15g·m-2(glyphosate:2.26-26.73mg·kg-1, aminomethylphosphonic acid: 0.21-2.59mg·kg-1). Glyphosate residues in both stem and leavesof adult plants were low (0-0.29mg·kg-1). In this study, through field simulationexperiments, the transfer, metabolism and enrichment rules of glyphosate in teaplants after being ingested were analyzed, which could provide a reference forscientific control and risk assessment of glyphosate in tea gardens.

基于高通量测序的贮藏白牡丹表面细菌多样性分析

摘要:为分析贮藏白牡丹细菌多样性,利用高通量测序对11个不同贮藏年份白牡丹细菌进行16 S rDNA检测。结果表明,贮藏茶样的优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等,优势菌纲为α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria)、γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、鞘脂杆菌纲(Sphingobacteriia)等,优势菌属为鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、甲基杆菌属(Methylobacterium)、土地杆菌属(Pedobacter)等。不同贮藏年份白牡丹细菌组成结构相似,丰度存在差异;贮藏年份对白牡丹表面细菌组成未有显著影响,而贮藏环境影响细菌多样性。

Analysis of Bacterial Diversity of Stored White Peonyby High-Throughput Sequencing

Abstract: To investigate thediversity of the bacterial communities in stored white peony, 16 S rDNA of bacteriacollected from 11 samples of different storage durations were analyzed by high-throughputsequencing. The results show that the species richness and diversity of DB13were the highest. While in all stored white peony, the dominant phylum were Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes. The dominant class were Alphaproteobacteria, Gamma proteobacteria and Sphingobacteriia.And the dominant bacterialspecies at genus level include: Sphingomonas,Methylobacterium and Pedobacter. Thecomposition structures of samples were similar, but there was difference in theirabundance. Storage duration had no significant effect on the bacteriacomposition of white peony, but environments played important roles.

伐地那非增加EGCG-β-乳球蛋白纳米粒对肝癌细胞的抑制作用

摘要:较高浓度的EGCG才能抑制癌细胞的增殖,通过纳米化和EGCG与其他药物的联合使用是提高EGCG生物活性的重要策略。本研究将EGCG和伐地那非(VD)同时包埋于β-乳球蛋白(β-Lg)纳米载体中,制备出EGCG-VD-β-Lg纳米粒(EVβ-NPs),体外试验证实,EVβ-NPs能提高人肝癌细胞(HepG2细胞)中Caspase-3活性,使HepG2细胞在S期产生明显的阻滞,诱发细胞核分裂,从而导致HepG2细胞凋亡。研究结果表明,将EGCG与微量的VD联合使用,并通过纳米化包埋可以显著提高EGCG的抗癌活性。这一方法在EGCG抗癌制品的开发方面具有潜在的价值。

Vardenafil Improves the Proliferative InhibitionofEGCG-β-lactoglobulin Nanoparticles AgainstLiver Cancer Cells

Abstract:The combination of nano and other drugs is an important strategy to improve thebiological activity of EGCG, since a high EGCG concentration is essential forthe inhibition of the proliferation of cancer cells. In this study,EGCG-vardenafil (VD)-β-lactoglobulin(β-Lg)-nanoparticles (EVβ-NPs) was prepared by encapsulatingEGCG and VD in β-Lg nano-carriers. Invitro experimental results show that EVβ-NPscould upgrade the activity of caspase-3 in HepG2 cells compared to the nativeEGCG, which caused cell cycle arrest in the S phase of HepG2 cells to inducecell nuclear division, and finally lead to HepG2 cell apoptosis. The resultsdemonstrate that the encapsulation of EGCG-VD can significantly improve theanticancer activity of EGCG, and possesses potential value in the developmentof EGCG anticancer products.

六堡茶茶褐素体外降脂功效研究

摘要:考察六堡茶茶褐素体外结合胆酸盐能力、抑制胰脂肪酶活性及胆固醇酯酶活性能力、吸附胆固醇及油脂能力,从而评价其体外降脂活性。研究结果显示,六堡茶茶褐素对花生油的吸附量为0.73 g·g-1,对胆固醇的吸附量在酸性条件下为122.42 mg·g-1、中性条件下为13.68 mg·g-1;在茶褐素结合胆酸盐的试验中,随着茶褐素浓度的增加,与胆酸盐结合能力也呈上升趋势;茶褐素对胰脂肪酶起激活作用,且随着浓度的增加呈持续上升趋势;对胆固醇酯酶活性抑制IC50值为57.2 mg·mL-1。六堡茶茶褐素降脂机制可能主要通过与胆酸盐结合、吸附胆固醇和脂肪来实现。

InVitro Studyon Hypolipidemic Effects of Theabrownins in Liupao Tea

Abstract:To evaluate the hypolipidemic effects of theabrownins in Liupaotea, their abilities to bind cholate, inhibit pancreatic lipase and cholesterolesterase, adsorb cholesterol and lipid invitro were determined. The results show that the adsorption capacity of peanutoil by theabrownins was 0.73 g·g-1, and the adsorption amount ofcholesterol was 122.42 mg·g-1 under acid condition and 13.68 mg·g-1 under neutral condition. In the theabrownin-binding cholate test, the bindingabilities to the cholate showed an upward trend with the increase of theabrownin concentrations. However, the figuresindicate that theabrownins canactivate pancreatic lipase and it continues to increase with the increase ofconcentration. The IC50value of inhibition on cholesterol esterase activity was 57.2 mg·mL-1. The hypolipidemicmechanism of theabrownins inLiupao tea might be mainly achievedby binding to cholate and adsorbing cholesterol and lipid.

茶叶区域公用品牌整合绩效影响因素分析——基于茶叶企业视角

摘要:为缓解突出的“一品多牌”问题,江西省实行了茶叶品牌整合策略,以加快茶叶产业发展。本文基于江西省茶叶企业调研数据,运用结构方程模型,从茶叶企业视角实证分析了茶叶区域公用品牌整合绩效的影响因素。结果显示,政策扶持对茶企参与区域公用品牌整合绩效是通过作用于企业内部管理间接产生显著的正向影响,有助于促进企业内部管理水平提升;品牌监管、营销推广、产业发展条件对茶企参与区域公用品牌整合绩效均有显著的正向影响。因此,加强区域公用品牌监管、提高产品营销推广能力、优化产业发展环境有助于改善茶叶企业经营绩效。

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Integration Performanceof Tea Regional Public Brands——From on the Perspective of Tea Companies

Abstract: Inorder to alleviate the outstanding problem of “One Product with Multiple Brands”,Jiangxi Province implemented a tea brand integration strategy to accelerate thedevelopment of the tea industry. Based on the survey data of tea enterprises inJiangxi Province, this paper empirically analyzed the influencing factors of tearegional public brand integration performance from the perspective of teaenterprises. The results show that the direct effect of policy support on theparticipation of tea enterprises in regional public brand integrationperformance did not pass the significance test. Instead, it directly affected thebusiness performance of tea enterprises through acting on the internalmanagement of the company. The policy support helped to promote the internalmanagement of the enterprise. Brand supervision, marketing promotion, industrialdevelopment conditions had significant and positive impacts on the regionalpublic brand integration performance of tea companies. Therefore, strengtheningthe regional publicbrand supervision, improving product marketing and promotion capabilities, andoptimizing the industrial development environment would help improve thebusiness performance of tea companies.

茶产业与旅游产业的融合互动发展研究——以“万里茶道”中国段沿线8省区为例

摘要:以“万里茶道”中国段沿线8省区为例,基于2000—2016年的省际面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型对茶产业和旅游业融合互动发展水平进行研究。研究结果表明,(1)“万里茶道”中国段茶产业与旅游业的耦合协调度整体上较低,处于轻度失调状态,但融合互动水平逐渐改善;(2)沿线地区茶产业与旅游业耦合协调度表现出空间分异性,福建和湖北处于初级协调和勉强协调状态,湖南和河南处于濒临失调状态,江西处于中度失调状态,河北、山西和内蒙古处于严重失调状态;(3)除福建略有下降,沿线地区茶产业与旅游业耦合协调度逐渐改善;(4)沿线地区茶产业与旅游业的耦合协调度表现为3种类型:福建、湖北、湖南属于茶产业占优型,河南、河北、山西、内蒙古属于旅游业占优型,江西属于茶旅优势转换型。据此,本文提出相关对策建议。

Coupling and Coordinated Development between TeaIndustry and Tourism——A Case Study of 8 Provinces and Regions along the ChineseSection of “Tea Road”

Abstract: Thestudy took 8 provinces and regions along the Chinese section of the “Tea Road” asan example, constructed a coupling coordination degree model to analyze thecoordinated development of tea industry and tourism based on the provincialpanel data from 2000 to 2016. The results show that: (1) The couplingcoordination degree of tea industry and tourism of the Chinese section of “Tea Road” wasrelatively low and in a slightly disordered state, but the level of integrationand interaction gradually improving. (2) The coupling coordination degree oftea industry and tourism in the areas along the route showed spatialdifferentiation. Fujian and Hubei were in a state of primary coordination andreluctant coordination. Hunan and Henan were on the verge of imbalance. Jiangxiwas in a state of moderate imbalance, and Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia werein a state of serious imbalance. (3) In addition to a slight decline in Fujian,the coupling coordination degree of tea industry and tourism in the areas alongthe route gradually improved. (4) There were three types of couplingcoordination degree between tea industry and tourism in the areas along theroute: Fujian, Hubei and Hunan belonged to the dominant type of tea industry. Henan, Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongoliabelonged to the dominant type of tourism. Jiangxi belonged to the advantage typeof tea industry and tourism. Finally, relevant countermeasures and suggestionswere proposed according to the research conclusion.
