新型冠状病毒的传播途径有哪些？

What are the routes of transmission of the novel coronavirus?

传播方式尚未得到完全的研究，但一些证据表明以下途径能够传播新型冠状病毒：

打喷嚏或咳嗽时患者的飞沫；

触摸患者或被病毒污染的物体；

3

与感染者直接接触。

The means of transmission is not yet fully understood, but some evidences indicate the following:

Droplets from the patient during sneezing or coughing.

Touching the patient’s stop or services and objects contaminated with the virus.

感染新型冠状病毒会有哪些症状？

What are the symptoms of infection with the novel coronavirus?

症状因病毒而异，常见体征有发热、咳嗽、气促和呼吸困难等呼吸道症状。在较严重的病例中，感染可导致肺炎、严重急性呼吸综合征、肾衰竭，甚至死亡。

Symptoms vary from virus to virus. Common signs include fever, cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties and other respiratory symptoms. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.

How to protect yourself from being infected with the novel coronavirus?

保持基本的手部和呼吸道卫生以及饮食安全，并尽可能避免与任何有呼吸道疾病症状的人密切接触，具体措施包括减少外出、勤洗手、戴口罩等。

Maintain basic hand and respiratory hygiene and safe food practices, and avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing. Wearing masks when going out and washing hands frequently are recommended.

如何辨别新型冠状病毒感染与普通感冒？

How to distinguish the novel coronavirus infection from the common cold?

两者的早期症状相似，包括发热、干咳等呼吸道症状和发烧后疲劳，有些症状甚至出现在消化道中。区分两者最重要的方法是从咽拭子中取样以检测病毒，并做胸部CT检查。检验报告会清楚地表明测试者是否感染了H1N1、B型流感或新型冠状病毒。应该在指定医院使用试剂测试盒。

• Please don’t return to campus in advance.

• If you have recently travelled areas where the epidemic outbreak occurred or contacted with people from these areas, please immediately report to your local department and quarantine yourself for 14 days to see if there are any symptoms associated with the epidemic.

• 减少旅行外出，远离疫区，做好自我防护。

• 外出时携带便携式消毒产品，回家后及时清洗消毒。

• Please stay away from the epidemic areas, go out less, and protect yourself by proper means.

• Please carry portable disinfection products when you go out，wash and disinfect yourself in time when you arrive at dorms.

• 在等待归国期间做好自我防护。

• 留意所属国的出入境政策与相关通知，提前办理好相关签证。

• 留意航班信息，合理安排行程。

• 遇到紧急情况时，请联系大使馆获得帮助。

有出入境、语言考试安排的中国学生：

For Chinese Students:

身处国外/准备出入境？

• 关注所在国家（或目的地国家）的入境政策和通知，可通过http://cs.mfa.gov.cn “中国领事服务网”获取外方有关肺炎疫情防控的入境管制措施；

• 留意航班信息，结合外方出入境管制措施，做好出行方案；

• 如果在国外遇到紧急情况，可拨打中华人民共和国外交部12308热线，或通过“外交部12308”App一键呼叫，寻求领事保护与协助。也可以寻求当地驻华大使馆的帮助。

准备公派学习交流？

2020年1月28日，国家留学基金委员会发布了《关于支持新型肺炎疫情防控有关措施的通知》

部分内容包括：

对于拟派出人员，可申请延期派出、变更留学单位或国别、放弃公派留学资格；已办理派出手续并购买出国机票人员，可联系留服中心办理改签或退票手续；

对于拟回国人员，可申请延期回国；已购回国机票人员，可联系留服中心办理改签或退票手续，延期期间（不早于1月20日开始，最长暂定至3月31日）按现行标准提供奖学金；

对于拟返回留学目的国人员，滞留期间奖学金正常发放至3月31日（暂定）。

另外，为防控疫情传播扩散，中国传媒大学教务处决定，取消原定于2020年2月14日下午现场办理成绩单等材料的工作。具体办理时间根据疫情发展情况，另行通知。

准备托福/雅思/GRE？

2020年1月27日，教育部考试中心发布通知，决定在全国范围内取消2020年2月所有托福、雅思和GRE考试，考试费将全额退还至考生个人报名账户。教育部考试中心将根据疫情防控的进展情况，动态更新并通知2020年2月后托福、雅思、GRE考试的报名和考试安排。
