打工者在生产线上的工间休息

来料加工厂，很多产品的生产是手工劳动。在电子厂，一律实行严格的车间管理制度，工作期间，禁止交谈，禁止使用手机，禁止离开工作岗位。生产线启动，全体打工者在工位上紧张地劳作，动作稍微慢一点，岗位上就会堆货，管理人员马上就会过来责备。

每天上午或下午的工间休息，是难得的放松时间。虽然只有十分钟，却能解决去喝水、上厕所、看手机中的留言、闭目养神或去找心爱的人短暂聊天。

工作休息，让紧张的工作得到片刻放松，也让风华正茂的年轻人可以借机找到对象。更多的人，是让眼睛得到休息，让手暂停劳动。伏案小睡，可以精神更好地投入到下一阶段的工作。

只有这十分钟，车间内可以谈笑，可以玩手机，可以走动。但还是不动跑动，不能高声喧哗。

工作休息，让打工者放下全部面具，不再是生产线上的元素，成为一个活生生的人，成为社会生活中的男人、女人，能暂时表达他们自己，在不妨碍别人时，做自己喜欢做的事，解决人类最基本的生理需要。

Many products are produced by hand in the processing factory. In the electronic factory, strict workshop management system shall be implemented. During the working period, it is forbidden to talk, use mobile phones and leave the post. When the production line is started, all the workers work nervously at the work position. Every morning or afternoon break is a rare time to relax. Although it's only ten minutes, it can solve the problem of drinking water, going to the toilet, reading messages on mobile phones, keeping your eyes closed, or finding a loved one for a short chat.

Work rest, let the tense work get a moment to relax, also let the young people in their prime find the object. More people, is to let the eyes rest, let the hands stop working. Taking a nap at a desk can help you devote yourself to the next stage of your work.

Only these ten minutes, the workshop can talk and laugh, can play mobile phones, can walk. But still don't run, can't shout loudly.

Work rest, let the workers put down all masks, no longer the elements of the production line, become a living person, a man and a woman in social life, can temporarily express themselves, do what they like to do when they don't hinder others, and solve the most basic human physiological needs.
