江苏大学是2001年8月经教育部批准,由原江苏理工大学、镇江医学院、镇江师范专科学校合并组建的重点综合性大学,是江苏省人民政府和农业农村部共建高校、首批江苏省高水平大学建设高校、全国本科教学工作水平优秀高校、首批全国50所毕业生就业典型经验高校、全国创新创业典型经验高校和首批全国来华留学生质量认证高校。

江苏大学第六届海外高层次人才论坛旨在为海外优秀人才搭建一个学术交流平台,通过专题报告、学术研讨和人才洽谈等形式展开交流,促进学科交叉与研究合作,为建成“高水平、有特色、国际化研究型大学”汇智聚力,全面推进国家“双一流”及江苏高水平大学建设征程。

Qualifications
海外优秀博士/博士后(排名前200强高校优先)、海外知名高校助理教授(相当职务)及以上高层次人才。
AnoutstandingoverseasPhD/postdoctoralresearchfellow(withprioritytoanapplicantfromTop200colleges&universitiesintheworld),oranassistantprofessor(ortheequivalent)oraboveinarenownedoverseascollegeoruniversity.
报名方式

申请人填写《江苏大学第六届海外高层次人才论坛报名表》《江苏大学第六届海外高层次人才论坛汇总表》,上报相关学院,学院组织面试考核,并将通过考核的人员汇总后报送人事处,学校组织评审,确定最终邀请名单,并发送正式邀请函。
AnapplicantshallfillinRegistrationFormof6thJiangsuUniversityForumforHigh-levelOverseasTalentsandSummarySheetofthe6thJiangsuUniversityForumforHigh-levelOverseasTalents,whichwillbesubmittedtoarelatedschoolthatwillarrangeforaninterviewassessment,andthosepassingtheassessmentshallbesubmittedinasummaryformtotheHumanResourcesOfficeofJiangsuUniversity.ThoseapplicantspassingthefinalreviewoftheUniversitywillreceiveanofficialletterofinvitationtotheForum.
报名流程:申请人向学院申请→学院组织面试考核并报人事处→学校组织评审确定最终名单→发送邀请函。

SupportingPolicies
1.报销差旅费:论坛期间学校统一安排食宿,受邀人才自订经济舱机票,学校报销往返机票等合理差旅费。报销限额为:欧美等地1.4万元/人,亚洲国家1万元/人,港澳台0.5万元/人。
1.Travelreimbursement:TheUniversitywillprovidetheinvitedtalentswiththeaccommodationoftheforumdurationandreimbursementforrelatedtravelexpensesthatcoverround-tripairtickets(economyclass)theyhavebookedthemselves.Themaximumsumofreimbursementis:RMB14,000/personfortalentsfromEurope,Americaandneighboringareas,RMB10,000/personfortalentsfromAsiancountries,andRMB5,000/personfortalentsfromChina’sHongKong,Macao&Taiwan.
2.优先推荐申报江苏省“双创计划”,对入选的双创人才,三年内省级财政给予总共500万元、300万元、100万元、50万元的创新创业资金资助;对入选的双创团队,三年内省级财政给予总共300万元-800万元的人才经费资助,对入选的双创博士,两年内省级财政给予总共15万元的创新创业资金资助。
2.ArecruitedinnovativeandentrepreneurialtalentshallbegivenprioritizedrecommendationinapplyingforJiangsuInnovativeandEntrepreneurialTalentsRecruitmentProject,whomaybeofferedaninnovativeandentrepreneurialgrantofRMB500,000,RMB1,000,000,RMB3,000,000orRMB5,000,000,respectively.ArecruitedinnovativeandentrepreneurialteamshallbeofferedatalentgranttotalingfromRMB3,000,000toRMB8,000,000withinthreeyearsbytheFinanceDepartmentofJiangsuProvince.ArecruitedinnovativeandentrepreneurialPhDshallbeofferedaninnovativeandentrepreneurialgranttotalingRMB150,000withintwoyearsbytheFinanceDepartmentofJiangsuProvince.
3.优先推荐申报“江苏特聘教授”,若获批,三年聘期内,省级财政给予每人每年12万元的岗位津贴(免征个人所得税),对自然科学类、人文社会科学类分别提供100万元(特别优秀的提供200万元)、50万元的科研经费。
3.ArecruitedtalentshallbegivenprioritizedrecommendationinapplyingforthetitleofJiangsuDistinguishedProfessors,thewinnerofwhichshallbegrantedajobsubsidyofRMB120,000(exemptedfromindividualincometax)eachyearwithinthreeyearsbytheFinanceDepartmentofJiangsuProvince.AtalentofnaturalsciencesshallbegrantedaresearchfundofRMB1,000,000(ThegrantmaybeashighasRMB2,000,000foranexceptionaltalent),andatalentofsocialsciencesshallbegivenaresearchfundofRMB500,000.
4.优先推荐申报镇江市“校地合作引才”项目、“金山英才”计划等人才项目。
4.ArecruitedtalentshallbegivenprioritizedrecommendationinapplyingfortheUniversity-LocalGovernmentCooperationProjectfundedbyZhenjiangCityandJinshanTalentsProgram.

PreferentialPolicies&TreatmentforOverseasTalents
为实现“高水平、有特色、国际化研究型大学”战略目标,我校制定了“金山学者计划”,海外人才引进待遇如下:
Inordertoattainthestrategicobjectiveof“buildinghigh-level,research-leduniversitywithdistinctivefeaturesinengineeringandinternationalizationstrategy”,JiangsuUniversityputforwardsJinshanScholarsProgram.Thetreatmentforoverseastalentsisasfollows:
1.发达国家外籍院士。
(1)特别支持,一事一议。
(2)住房:提供300平米左右独栋别墅一栋、安家费100万元。

(1)Wehavespecialsupportandacase-by-casearrangementfortherecruitmentoftalentsofthiscategory.
(2)Housing:Wewillprovideadetachedvillaabout300squaremetersandafamilyallowanceofRMB1,000,000.
2.在世界排名前300位的海外高校取得(终身)教授或相当职位;或在世界排名前200位的海外高校取得(终身)副教授以上职位或相当职位。原则上50周岁以下,学校学科发展急需的人才可延至55周岁以下。
(1)薪酬:全职年薪75-85万元。
(2)住房:提供130平米左右产权住房一套,或提供购房补贴130万元。
(3)科研经费:自然科学类500万元以上、人文社科类120万元以上。
2.A(tenured)professororequivalentofanoverseascollegeoruniversityrankingTop300internationally;ora(tenured)associateprofessororanequivalentofanoverseascollegeoruniversityrankingTop200internationally.Therecruitedtalentsshallbeinprincipleunder50yearsofage.AtalentmuchneededforthedisciplinedevelopmentoftheUniversitymaybeunder55yearsofage.
(1)Salary:Afull-timeannualsalaryofRMB750,000-850,000.
(2)Housing:Ahouseabout130squaremeterswithpropertyright,orahousingsubsidyofRMB1,300,000.
(3)ResearchFunds:MorethanRMB5,000,000foratalentofnaturalsciences,ormorethanRMB1,200,000foratalentofhumanitiesorsocialsciences.
3.在世界排名前300位的海外高校取得(终身)副教授以上职位或相当职位。原则上45周岁以下。
(1)薪酬:全职年薪60-70万元。
(2)住房:提供120平米左右产权住房一套,或提供购房补贴110万元。
(3)科研经费:自然科学类300万元以上,人文社科类80万元以上。
3.A(tenured)associateprofessororaboveoranequivalentofanoverseascollegeoruniversityoraresearchinstituterankingTop300internationally.Therecruitedtalentsshallbeinprincipleunder45yearsofage.
(1)Salary:Afull-timeannualsalaryofRMB600,000-700,000.
(2)Housing:Ahouseabout120squaremeterswithpropertyright,orahousingsubsidyofRMB1,100,000.
(3)ResearchFunds:MorethanRMB3,000,000foratalentofnaturalsciences,ormorethanRMB800,000foratalentofhumanitiesorsocialsciences.
4.在世界排名前300位的海外高校取得助理教授以上职位或相当职位,并具有3年以上海外科研工作经历。原则上40周岁以下。
(1)薪酬:全职年薪35-45万元。
(2)住房:提供购房补贴90万元。
(3)科研经费:自然科学类100万元,人文社科类40万元。
4.AnassistantprofessororaboveoranequivalentofanoverseascollegeoruniversityoraresearchinstituterankingTop300internationallywith3yearsofoverseasresearchworkexperiences.Therecruitedtalentsshallbeinprincipleunder40yearsofage.
(1)Salary:Afull-timeannualsalaryofRMB350,000-450,000.
(2)Housing:AhousingsubsidyofRMB900,000.
(3)ResearchFunds:RMB1,000,000foratalentofnaturalsciences,orRMB400,000foratalentofhumanitiesorsocialsciences.
5.具有世界排名前300位的海外高校博士学位、或具有3年以上海外博士后科研工作经历;或在本学科领域国际顶级刊物发表一定数量的具有重要学术影响的论文,已取得标志性研究成果。原则上35周岁以下。
(1)薪酬:全职年薪25-30万元。
(2)住房:提供购房补贴50万元。
(3)科研经费:自然科学类40万元,人文社科类15万元。
5.APhDofanoverseascollegeoruniversityoraresearchinstituterankingTop300internationally,oratalentwho(has)workedformorethan3yearsinanoverseaspostdoctoralresearchstation;oratalentwhohaspublishedanumberofpapersinhisorherownacademicfieldintopinternationalperiodicalsandhasachievedalandmarkachievementinhisorherowndiscipline.Therecruitedtalentsshallbeinprincipleunder35yearsofage.
(1)Salary:Afull-timeannualsalaryofRMB250,000-300,000.
(2)Housing:AhousingsubsidyofRMB500,000.
(3)ResearchFunds:RMB400,000foratalentofnaturalsciences,orRMB150,000foratalentofhumanitiesorsocialsciences.
